Boys Trip Golf LLC ("Boys Trip Golf," "we," "us") plans and books golf trips in Scottsdale, Arizona. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our trip builder at plan.boystripgolf.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number, group size, travel dates, and your trip choices (golf, lodging, activities, transportation and any notes).
- How you found us: if you arrive from an ad or link, we record the campaign details in the web address (such as a Google Ads click ID or UTM tags) and the referring page, so we know which ads work.
- Device and usage information: our site uses Google tags (Google Ads and, if enabled, Google Analytics), which use cookies and similar technologies to collect information such as pages viewed, steps completed, browser type and approximate location.
How we use it
- To plan, quote and book your trip, and to contact you about it by phone, email or (if you opt in) text message.
- To send you a copy of your trip itinerary.
- To measure and improve our advertising and website, including reporting which Google Ads lead to trip requests.
- To comply with law and protect our rights.
Text messages
If you check "Text me trip updates," you agree to receive trip-related text messages from Boys Trip Golf at the number you provide. Consent is not a condition of booking. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or text-messaging consent with third parties for their marketing.
How we share information
- Trip partners: to book your trip, we share the details needed with golf courses, home rental providers, transportation companies and activity vendors.
- Service providers: companies that help us run our business, such as website hosting, email and spreadsheet tools (for example Google Workspace and Netlify).
- Google: for advertising measurement. When you submit a trip, we may send Google a secure, hashed (scrambled) version of your email and phone number so Google can match your request to an ad click ("enhanced conversions"). Google's use of this data is governed by Google's policies.
- Legal reasons: when required by law or to protect rights and safety.
We do not sell your personal information for money.
Your choices
- Opt out of texts by replying STOP, and out of email by replying to any email from us.
- Control ad personalization at adssettings.google.com, and block cookies in your browser settings.
- Ask us to access, correct or delete your information by emailing bookings@boystripgolf.com. California residents may also request details about the categories of information we collect and share; we will not discriminate against you for making a request.
Keeping your information
We keep trip requests and booking records as long as needed to plan your trip, provide service, and meet legal, tax and accounting requirements, then delete or anonymize them.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children
Our services are intended for adults 21 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date above shows when it last changed.
